AMAF CCIV ACN 679 247 217, the Avalon Multi-Asset Fund, is a registered Wholesale CCIV operating as a contributory fund.
The Fund aims to provide investors with a selection of investments in order to provide regular distributions and capital growth generated through the assets acquired.
A Real Property Fund
We are pleased to offer you the chance to participate in particular real property focused investments across a variety of asset types, specifically chosen for their income and capital gain potential in proven strategic locations.
Our Fund allows you to select the investment opportunities you will invest in. You may be the sole investor in a particular Sub-fund, or you may join other like-minded investors in investing in a Sub-fund.

We intend to invest and participate in a variety of predominantly real property related investment opportunities including:
- agriculture property;
- commercial property;
- residential property; and
- other opportunities associated with Australian real property development.
We have structured the Fund with the aim of providing you with the ability to participate in the risks and rewards of a specific property investment whilst benefiting from the economies of scale and administration support of a multi-asset Fund.
